There is nothing quite like the Rio Claro ASJA Primary school. Our students, teachers, support staff and parents work hard in a collaborative effort to reach the goal of helping every student achieve their best in a fun dynamic learning atmosphere.  RIO CLARO ASJA  has such incredible energy emanating from each community member that it has become synergetic; that is magical!  I have so much respect and gratitude for the committed individuals that work tirelessly every day at the Rio Claro ASJA Primary School, we the very best teachers, support staff and parents and as a result our students profit getting our very best. As the principal of such an incredible school, no reminders are needed for why we are here each day. This community completely understands which is why they strive to do and be better. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

With schools facing increased pressure to improve teaching and learning, the duties and responsibilities of principals expanded further to include the responsibility for leading school reform that would raise student achievement. Success in leading reforms to increase student achievement often hinged upon a principal's ability to create a shared vision within the school community and success in implementing new organizational structures that engage teachers in shared decision-making. Principals have discovered that engaging the entire school staff in making decisions results in more commitment to school reform initiatives.
